Terms and risk

IQHelm is software. ATIQSOFT is not a broker, dealer, bank, portfolio manager, or investment adviser. We do not take deposits. We do not trade on a pooled book. We do not guarantee profit, recovery of losses, or any performance.

You accept all trading risk. Prices move. Leverage can wipe an account. News, spreads, rejects, outages, and software errors can cause loss. Those losses are yours. ATIQSOFT, IQHelm, and their operators are not liable for trading results, missed trades, or account damage.

Your counterparties. Exness, Binance, and any other venue you connect remain your brokers/exchanges. Their rules, fees, and insolvency risk are between you and them.

No advice. Tickers, news, session clocks, and helper text are general information only. They are not a recommendation to buy or sell.

Your keys, your orders. If you start the bot, you authorize it to send orders with credentials you provide. You can stop it. You remain responsible for every order.

Use demo/sandbox first. Live trading is your choice.
